Dawn to Dusk people fly as birds fly and the airline ground crew makes the passengers fly but there are few background errors and some malpractices which is being followed by either the aviator or recruiter. There is a deliberate lack in the selection and training channel or there is something which is still in darkness that has to be revealed and hopefully this article will voice  out and be evident on.
Indian Aviation is facing various issues and crisis relating to passengers safety and security which also has triggered the airline staffs for some reason where staffs are involved in man handling elderly passengers, improper handling of wheelchairs, taking charge of the situation and so on but where the situation should be lead by an appropriate authority as a Standard Operating Procedure has failed. The definite cause of such activities are lack of improper training where unqualified and in eligible candidates get a job on the stream and the atmosphere has created a global change over the time frame. This initially starts from the procedure of the recruitment panel and their eligibility criteria and here arises very a tricky question of when recruiters could hire a 10+2, B.Sc, B.Com, B.A or any other degree graduate but are not ready on giving a chance to a B.E. or B.Tech and the justification disclosed is that the stream belongs to background and so as per the recruiters an aeronautical/aerospace graduate or an Engineer who has the basic knowledge about aircraft's model although irrespective to operations are overqualified but other degree from any other major subjects such as computer and science who do not owe any idea about aviation is fine with the recruiters is quite anonymously optimistic.

Selection Gateway Criteria 

The first and foremost concern is about the referral policy some companies follow, irrespective of the qualification and eligibility. People strive hard to get a job, because of this referral policy where candidates having high reference get through the interview and believing as it is a discrimination in qualification standards and this clearly states that the talent and scope of a well-qualified and eligible candidates career and future is affected and the remedy for this issue could solve if the entrance exams policy could come into and is made mandatory where Aviation experts could train the candidates and make them eligible on professional platform so that brutal handling of passengers will not evolve from the worse in the modern aviation. Mandatory exams and mandatory campus interview have good prism value as follows where companies will be recruiting candidates who have met the aviation standards and also such rude behaviour, violation of standard operating  procedure or insubordination from duties may disappear.

Other Turbulence a Ground Crew Faces

Also adding on to this, there are many other queries which raises a concern when it comes to an aviators life right starting from their career. Through various researches we have discovered many wrecks such as no proper recognition and rewards, no standard salary as other industries, no autopilot increment and promotion, a pressure work culture without stress busters.
